We have been Wedding Consultants for wedding ceremonies and receptions in Puerto Vallarta for the past 7 years, as well as the surrounding areas to the north which include Nuevo Vallarta, Bucerias, Punta Mita, Sayulita, San Pancho, Rincon de Guayabitos and La Penita and to the south including El Tamarindo, El Careyes, Chamela and Melaque.

We organize, down to the last and smallest details, ceremonies and receptions for American/Canadian/European couples, who wish to get married in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco or Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit, Mexico. We respectfully request that a couple start planning their wedding as soon as they know they wish to get married in Puerto Vallarta. This is especially true if you choose dates around or close to holidays (i.e., Valentine's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's). In order to make sure that your wedding day is as you always dreamed it would be, we recommend that the planning time start at least 6 - 9 months in advance. If a couple is planning a Mexican civil ceremony, there are only a few civil judges in Puerto Vallarta and the surrounding areas, we require time to check their schedule and reserve a particular date and time. This will avoid a lot of disappointment in the long run. However, it is possible to plan something more private in as little as 4 to 5 months or less, but since we are talking about specific legal documentation, we recommend a more lenient time frame.
We have found our consulting fees to be very reasonable for Wedding Consultants located in the 48 contiguous States and in Puerto Vallarta. We are capable of planning a wedding at any location (subject to availability) and working within any budget. Our personal presence is guaranteed at your event. We work with a contract which must be executed and a deposit paid before we will commence any work on your event. We are more than willing to work with a couple on a very specific budget to make sure that they get the dream wedding they always wished for. With respect to payment, we accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), money orders, cashiers' checks or bank checks, and direct bank-to-bank wire transfers. We apologize, but we do not accept personal checks.
All events consist of custom packages based upon the exact services which the bride and groom wish, as we offer no pre-packaged weddings for large events. We do, however, offer smaller packages for an event that consists of only the bride and groom and a few close friends and family.
